These talented professionals work closely with dealerships, lenders, and government agencies to comb through every detail of the vehicle's title history. They're like detectives, digging deep to uncover any outstanding issues that could ruin a buyer's excitement, such as unpaid taxes, loans, or liens. And they're not satisfied until they've uncovered every last scrap of information and have ensured a clean and legally valid transfer of ownership. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence, the title processor is an essential and engaging part of the auto industry team.Responsibilities /Knowledge needed :
Basic phone etiquette and communication skills
Knowledge of basic computer equipment
Able to accurately complete data entry and title processing based on company guidelines
Well organized, accurate, and attentive to detail; strong organizational capabilities
Flexible and willing to assist others
Able to work well under stress
Sensitive with the ability to maintain confidentiality
Able to work well independently and prioritize work
Ability to reason logically and make sound decisions, consider alternative and diverse perspectives, and communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Qualifications:
Proficient and experienced with data entry
Ability to interact with all levels of employees and partners
Must be well-organized, detail-oriented, and balance multiple priorities with different deadlines
Able to use standard office equipment, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Must communicate effectively both orally and in writing with a high degree of professionalism
Must be adaptable and willing to adjust to the changing needs of the office on any given day
