Must be available 6 (Tuesday-Sunday) days a week with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Full-Time Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests by providing outstanding service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and learn the POS system
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
- Monitor guests' dining experiences to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and workstations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service.
- Adhere to all food safety and health regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a server or in a customer-facing role preferred.
- Availability to work 6 days a week with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
