HIRING NOW PARK CITY Hospitality Room Attendants & Houseman starting $13.50-$14.25 (doe) per hour

Position Summary: Maintain the order and cleanliness of guest rooms and related areas in accordance with the standards of the property and in compliance with the rules and regulations of the Department of Health and uphold the standards for cleanliness and maintenance in accordance with Ganir & Company’s policies and regulations. A Room Attendant is primarily responsible for inspecting hotel rooms to ensure supplies and amenities are fully stocked, and room is up to standards for cleanliness and maintenance in accordance expectations set forth. This person must have good communication skills and have the ability to lift, pull and push a moderate amount of weight. This is a fast-paced position that will involve constant customer interaction. Must work seamlessly amongst guests to execute effective janitorial practices with little to no supervision.

Qualifications Required:

Previous housekeeping and/or cleaning experience preferred

Basic knowledge/awareness of safety hazards and safety practices

Must be able to understand directions and instructions given in English

Must be able to legally work for any employer in the United States of America

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Inventory stock to ensure adequate supplies.

Perform or assist with cleaning duties as necessary.

Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to Ganir’s expectations.

Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards

Perform other duties as requested by management.

Cross-train in the public areas to answer any guest related questions and assist with cleaning duties as necessary.

Ensure overall guest satisfaction.

Work Environment: Conditions vary based on location within building; may be required to wear basic PPE (eye protection, gloves, etc.), per job function; Some work also occurs outside buildings with “ground” cleaning (parking lots, plazas, sidewalks), conditions vary based on weather

Performance Standards: The person in this position will be evaluated on a yearly basis and/or at the discretion of the supervisor based on production in accordance with company guidelines
