Marketing Manager (Remote)

The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the company’s marketing strategy, overseeing campaign execution, optimizing operational workflows, and ensuring alignment across marketing initiatives. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, external partners, and leveraging marketing technology to maximize efficiency and results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HubSpot, excellent copywriting skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

● Campaign Management & Strategy:

○ Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and paid media, to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

○ Manage advertising agency relationships, ensuring alignment with brand goals and maximizing campaign performance.

○ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create content and promotional strategies that meet business objectives.

● Marketing Operations & Workflow Optimization:

○ Design, implement, and optimize workflows in HubSpot to streamline marketing processes and improve operational efficiency.

○ Continuously analyze and enhance workflows to support scalability and alignment with company goals.

○ Use data-driven insights and analytics to recommend and implement marketing automation improvements.

● Content Creation & Management:

○ Create compelling, targeted content for email drip campaigns, ads, and landing pages to drive engagement and conversions.

○ Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all channels.

● Data Analysis & Reporting:

○ Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights to optimize future efforts.

○ Use KPIs and metrics to track campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.

● Team & Vendor Management:

○ Oversee relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring project timelines and goals are met.

○ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

● Proven experience in marketing management, campaign development, and marketing automation.

● Strong proficiency in HubSpot and analytics

● Strong and creative copywriting skills.

● Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
