Job Description:
We are a provider that generates potential consumers for moving companies. We are looking to expand our team and seeking talented, highly self-motivated, and confident Sales Representatives to drive our growth. If you have a good rapport with people and have held past sales jobs, then we want to hear from you.
You will be trained to open for a great brand and earn an hourly with commission plus bonus. If you can roll through calls and strive to make good commission this is the position for you! We want you to build relationships with people and convert calls into sales.
Our services are in high demand. We offer an easy to sell product that is needed by most of the client base you will be calling.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will identify and pursue new business opportunities in the moving services sector.
- As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for presenting, promoting and selling using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients through effective communication and presentations.
- Making cold calls to prospective customers
- Log all notes, conversations, and sales activities
Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN SALES, with a preference for candidates with a background in moving industry.
- You have at least 1 years of experience in sales, customer service, account management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Listening Skills: must be humble and willing to listen to customers to learn their needs and find appropriate solutions
- Must be willing to continuously improve through feedback
- Ability to spend 80% of your time on the phone with prospective clients
- No college degree is required, however, BS/BA degree or equivalent helpful
