Health Program and Supplement Outbound Phone Sales
Your Role:
PSS IS LOOKING FOR PHONE SALES CLOSERS!
- Using your fitness knowledge and closing consulting skills to upsell new customers additional programs and supplements.
- Overcome objections, concerns and convert our brand-new customers leads (They’re ready to buy)
- Hit 120% of quota and make BANK!
- You’ll get a list of the hottest and most profitable new leads to call from. (NO COLD CALLING, and you don't need to pay for leads)
- Customer will have Credit Card on file (For easier and faster sales)
- You’ll call using our proven high-converting sales scripts.
- You have access to process orders and update client info in our customer relationship management system.
- Have 10 to 15 conversions daily (The number of dials means nothing)
- Use emotional discovery, rapport building, and permission-based techniques to close deals. (Close $2,000 to $4,000 of gross revenue a day)

- You must want to make $100,000 plus a year minimum (positions are limited - only the best)
- Enthusiastic, optimistic, and looking to scale their career. (Fast Track promotions)
- Must have two years of prior phone sales experience (Selling in person or over the phone)
- You do not need a fitness trainer certification - However, health and fitness knowledge is a plus.
- You must be honest, loyal, and treat others with the utmost respect.
- Able to fit in an action-packed performance-based culture.
- Must have working knowledge of computers, internet phones, google, and crms
- You must have a laptop or computer and internet connection.

PSS works with the top Direct Online Marketing fitness & brain health offers and products. We range from fat loss & muscle-building programs to diabetes and other health niches. Not only will we train you in our unique closing techniques, you’ll also learn the ins & outs of online marketing.
Every day, you’ll have brand new uncalled customer leads through your own CRM portal. These are hot buyer leads who have their credit card on file - for faster and easier closing and to reduce credit card objections.
