Responsibilities:
Study and analyze blueprints and floor plans to understand the plumbing system and system layout
Install and maintain building plumbing and mechanical systems per code
Maintain current knowledge of state regulations affecting plumbing work
Contribute the project profitability by increasing productivity, planning ahead, and not exceeding allotted time for tasks
Working in a safe manner and evaluating tasks
Getting along with co-workers and other trades
Qualifications:
10 years in commercial Constuction required
Successful completion of an apprenticeship with transcripts of formal education
Proven experience working as a plumber/HVAC in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of commercial plumbing/HVAC systems, materials and equipment
Working knowledge of state regulations affecting plumbing and HVAC work
Exceptional customer service and client focus
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
Very familiar with plumbing and HVAC tools and equipment
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Valid plumbing license to practice the profession and able to pass Utah state Exam
