I am looking for experienced trowelers to help me plaster pools. We typically use quartz based plasters. We plaster roughly 100 pools per year, and we also tile pools for the local pool builders. My company is All Idaho Pool and Spa. We have been in business for roughly 10 years and are very established in the boise area. We also travel occasionally to Montana. I pay $550 per pool for experienced trowelers. I am looking for long term employees.
