We currently have over 30 homes in production and are looking for experienced sub contractors that do quality work.
Tile Installers
Flooring Installers
Drywall and Painting Finishes and Fixes
Finish Carpenters, Base, Case, trim work and cabinet install.
Labors are full time employees with benefits.
Sub Contractors Must be licensed in North Dakota, and insured with references.
Possible Housing Provided.
