Team USA Collision Centers is a fast‑growing, high‑performance commercial collision repair company specializing in medium- and heavy‑duty trucks, trailers, and fleet vehicles. We are scaling nationwide and looking for a strong, hands‑on leader to run our Salt Lake City location.
Position Overview
The General Manager is responsible for full operational leadership of the Salt Lake City shop—driving production, team performance, customer satisfaction, and financial results. This role requires a motivated, process‑driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all daily shop operations to ensure efficient workflow and quality repair output
Manage production, scheduling, estimating, and customer communication
Oversee parts ordering, inventory accuracy, and vendor coordination
Hire, train, and develop a strong high‑accountability team
Build and maintain relationships with fleets and commercial customers
Own shop P&L performance, KPIs, cycle time, and revenue goals
Ensure safety, compliance, and a clean, organized work environment
Required Qualifications
5+ years in collision repair, automotive, or fleet service operations
Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams
Experience managing workflow in a production or repair facility
Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
Hands‑on leadership approach with a strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
Prior GM or Shop Manager experience in collision or service operations
P&L management experience
Familiarity with AdjustRite, CCC, or similar estimating systems
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Schedule & Location
Full‑time, on‑site in Salt Lake City, UT
Monday–Friday, with occasional flexibility as needed
