Arrange reports and financial data
Ensuring material is presentation ready Requirements - Familiarity with using the internet for research tasks
Command of Administrative Office
Solid understanding of Administrative Assistance
Back office support experience preferred
Deep understanding of Basic Office Equipment
Excellent social skills, project coordination experience and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
