Description We are in search of a Collections Specialist to join our IT Software team in South Jordan, Utah. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity. As a Collections Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer accounts and ensuring the accuracy of customer credit records. You will also handle customer inquiries and oversee the processing of customer credit applications.Responsibilities: Manage customer accounts and take necessary action based on account status Handle customer inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses Process customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Utilize CRM systems to record and maintain customer data Oversee the billing functions and ensure timely collection processes Handle inbound calls from customers and resolve any issues they may have Maintain accurate records of customer credit data Collaborate closely with the Accounts Receivable (AR) team to ensure all customer payments are received and recorded accurately.
