Hours: 5x8's, Monday-Friday, 40+ hours
Ensure the concrete surface is level, smooth, and free of defects before finishing
Repair any cracks, holes, or other imperfections in the concrete
Spread and level the concrete using various hand tools, such as floats, trowels, and edgers
Apply the desired finish, such as a smooth, broom, or textured finish, to the concrete surface.
Maintaining the appropriate moisture content and curing the concrete to achieve the desired strength and appearance.
Applying specialized finishes, such as stamped, colored, or decorative concrete, as per the project requirements.
Operating specialized equipment, such as concrete polishers or grinders, to achieve specific finish effects.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience OSHA 10 or 30 hour certified preferred but not required
Access to reliable transportation
Ability to work in all types of weather
Must be punctual and reliable
Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
