Director of Subscriptions

We are hiring a Director of Subscriptions to lead our high impact subscription business, with over $300M in Annual Recuring revenue. We are looking for an exceptional business and product leader who will be obsessed with delivering phenomenal value to our subscribers at every step of their creative journey with the Cricut platform. This successful candidate is a consumer-centered and data-driven leader with proven experience working in a fast-growth product organization that includes a subscription business pillar. You will be responsible to define and deliver a roadmap to increase attachment, optimize retention, and maintain very high customer satisfaction. You must be a hands-on strategic thinker and cross-functional collaborator with great analytical skills and passionate about delivering amazing customer experiences.  Responsibilities  Establish a multi-year vision and strategy of how the Cricut’s subscription offering will deliver an unprecedented value to our members and drive engagement with the Cricut hardware, software and content ecosystem.  Define and own all key metrics related to our Subscription service - revenue, margin, attachment, churn, engagement, lifetime value, and more.  Collaborate closely with Product Management to define and execute a holistic, prioritized and pragmatic roadmap, leveraging consumer insights and data, and that delivers a clear path to realizing our subscription platform vision and goals. Identify opportunities in our subscriptions plans and pricing to improve overall subscriptions revenue and profitability. Champion cross-functional collaboration with all key stakeholders across the company, establishing shared objectives for our subscription service and associated KPI’s. Partner with product, engineering, UX, analytics, and marketing to ensure a cohesive integration of the subscription touch points across the broader Cricut product ecosystem. Partner with the marketing and Cricut.com teams to identify and implement the most effective conversion strategies.  Identify, analyze, and communicate key metrics for ongoing testing and optimization. Research peer companies, startup’s and industry disruptors to bring innovation and experimentation into the Cricut subscription offering. Measure everything. Leverage data to define what success means for each feature and each function from inception to deployment.
