Apex Systems, the 2nd largest IT staffing / consulting agency in the nation is seeking a REMOTE (or on-site) Lead Automation Engineer to join one of our clients based in the Salt Lake City area! This is a 4 month contract-to-hire position wiht intention to convert. This individual will be hands-on 60-70% of the time and mentoring the other 30-40%. The requirements for this role are as follows:
5-7 years test automation experience
In depth experience with C#, SQL and JavaScript
Experience with API testing
Experience writing and designing, and building out frameworks
Understands systems
Has the ability to teach / mentor junior - mid level team members on automation, software design principles, and how to write code and unite test
