Cricut’s Software Product Management team is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and vision of how content is consumed on our platform. The ideal candidate will help drive the evolution of how images, fonts, projects, and other Cricut content is discovered and used on our platform while partnering closely with our search team to ensure a seamless experience on the platform. This role owns the end-to-end experience that helps new Design Space users quickly achieve their first successful projects and build confidence using the platform. It partners closely with Design, Engineering, Research, and Marketing to identify onboarding opportunities, prioritize customer-centric solutions, and optimize activation, engagement, and long-term user success through data-driven experimentation.Responsibilities: As a Product Manager, you are responsible for the following:Define, share and evangelize the product vision across the organization, build a prioritized roadmap, and make actionable progress towards that visionGather insights from numerous sources – metrics, member feedback, customer research, competitive analysis etc. and then translate their user needs into deliverable product requirementsWorking with UX, QA, Content and Software Development teams to bring new products to marketWorking with product marketing to execute marketing plans; analyzing performance post launch with QA and Analytics teams; and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the software.Use data to identify content gaps and collaborate with the content team to support content acquisition/productionWe are looking for leaders with a thirst for challenge and a passion for delighting members.
