Cosmetology Program Administrative Assistant Location: Spanish Fork, UT Status: Part-time Hours: Monday - Friday with Flexible Hours Pay / Hourly: $15 SUMMARY The Administrative Assistant works alongside the Senior Program Coordinator to assist with monitoring student academic progress and providing students and instructors with support. This position is a member of a positive and collaborative team that is dedicated providing Cosmetology and Nail Technician students with the skills they need to excel in their field. BENEFITS
MTECH tuition waiver is available after three months, to employees who work minimum of 15 hours a week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Adjust hours of students when they miss clocking in or out.
Adding and remove students in Canvas as they move to the next course
Grade and keep track of orientation course tests and theory.
Help assist the program coordinator with any task as needed.
Help schedule classes for instructors.
Sending out student surveys as needed

Must be personable
Requires excellent communication skills with both students and instructors.
Requires basic computer skills, particularly efficient at Excel, Word, Canvas and
Secretarial Skills
