Those steps include receiving, stocking, back-stocking, pricing, and selling.Primary Responsibilities:

Communicates problems and pertinent information to Outlet Store Supervisor.

Assist with all duties of Outlet Store Attendants including cashiering, retrieving product from back stock areas, stocking, pricing, stickering and cleaning.

Follow established policies and guidelines with respect to customer relations, employee relations, safety, and security.

Be productive and follow established procedures regarding stickering, placement of product, determination and disposition of damaged product and cashiering.

Must be able to use the Catapult POS system for store opening, store closing, receiving product, pricing reviews and changes, accounting reports and inventory counts/reconciliation.

Represents Nestle in a professional manner at all times in dealing with the public. Is courteous and helpful with the customers.

Performs all other duties as assigned by the Outlet Store Supervisor.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Six months of retail experience.

Six months experience using a cash register system.

Ability to answer customer questions with accuracy.

Six months of customer service experience.

Experience working with the Catapult POS system (preferred)

Experience using the Microsoft Suite of applications (preferred)

Ability to work with mininal supervison.

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must have basic proficiency of English language to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies and procedures.

Can remove small, self-adhesive stickers from the backing and place them on frozen packages repeatedly and over long periods of time.

Can lift cases of frozen product that weigh up to sixty pounds, repeatedly over an eight-hour shift.

Can feel comfortable and be accurate while dealing with money. Can count and make change quickly and accurately, using electronic cash registers.

Can stand and walk on concrete and tile floors for up to a 10-hour period with two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch break.

Can comply with safety rules and procedures, including wearing safety shoes.

Can work every scheduled day and can arrive at work area at or before the scheduled start time.

Can detect evacuation alarms.

Can work as a team.

Can work for periods of up to two hours in temperatures as low as 0 degrees.

Can be consistently courteous in all possible customer interactions.

Can be well groomed and maintain high standards of personal hygiene.
