Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our RV & Mobile Home Park. The ideal candidate will ensure the property is well-maintained, residents are satisfied, and all leasing and operational processes run smoothly. This role requires strong property management expertise, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.

Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.

Handle resident inquiries and disputes professionally, ensuring positive relationships.

Manage vendor and contractor coordination for property maintenance and repairs.

Maintain accurate records of resident information, lease agreements, and maintenance logs.

Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements.

Implement up-selling techniques to promote available units and attract potential tenants.

Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting related to property management.

Provide exceptional customer service to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.

Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining the highest ethical standards.

Monitor financial goals, ensuring assets are managed in the owner's best interest.

Oversee rent collection, late fees, deposits, and financial transactions.

Ensure community appearance is maintained, repairs are completed promptly, and vacant units are market-ready.

Hire, train, and supervise on-site staff, including performance evaluations and guidance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in property management.

Strong office administration and organizational skills.

Excellent conflict resolution abilities to handle resident concerns.

Knowledge of property maintenance processes and best practices.

Familiarity with leasing procedures and documentation requirements.

Strong customer service skills to foster positive tenant relationships.

Competence in data entry and record-keeping.

Ability to implement occupancy growth strategies.

Understanding of Fair Housing regulations and compliance requirements.
