Primary Job Duties
Expediting repaired and purchased parts for general and urgent aircraft maintenance
Evaluate parts usage and distribute parts orders to nationwide bases for aircraft maintenance
Compile reports regarding Repair Priority, summarization, weekly planning, AOG, backorder, etc.
Communicate effectively with maintenance bases, vendors, parts department, and management regarding part requests and orders
Develop and maintain strong and professional vendor relationships
Minimum Requirements
Must be self-motivated and able to proactively identify and prevent potential operational disruptions due to lack of parts
Proficient working knowledge of PC and Windows applications , including Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong organizational skills and an aptitude to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Able to work independently and as an integral part of a team
Physical and Other Requirements
This position is on-site, Monday-Friday afternoons, with no remote work available. Must live in or be willing to relocate to St. George, UT.
Moderate noise (business office with computers, printers, light traffic, and Group setting)
Sitting for extended periods of time in front of a computer and on the phone
