Responsible for ensuring inventory levels are adequate for aircraft maintenance
Continuous analysis of inventory stocking policies to maintain service level
Review inventory management practices to locate opportunities for improvement
Prepare and review summaries of inventory and related costs
Provide support for escalating critical items with our suppliers
Query reports from SkyTrack and other company databases
Aide in the implementation of TOC concepts in regards to inventory management
Be familiar with and ensure observance of maintenance contracts
Assist with creating and analyzing maintenance budgets/forecasts and planning
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance or working towards aforementioned degree
Experience in financial analysis and inventory management
Knowledge of inventory management practices, specifically TOC and Dynamic Buffer Management preferred
Proficiency in Excel and Tableau knowledge / experience preferred
Must be self-motivated and have the ability to prioritize effectively
Good communication and must work well with others
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language
Physical and Other Requirements
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time at a computer and perform repetitive computer functions
