Primary Job DutiesAs a Production Control Assistant, you are responsible for scheduling maintenance, auditing paperwork and inputting data. Microsoft office skills are a must. This is a very detail oriented job.
Monitor and schedule all repetitive maintenance due on all fleet types
Monitor and schedule one time maintenance items and deferred MX items for all fleet types
Audit maintenance paperwork for completion of maintenance items
Input needed data in maintenance computer program
Maintain tracking sheets for necessary items
Ensure all maintenance is accomplished within set time limitations
Coordinate with MX Control and dispatch for aircraft routing
$15.50 per hour
Minimum Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
Must have great interpersonal skills
Weekdays and weekends required including holidays
No prior aviation expierince required
Physical and Other Requirements
Sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time.
