We are looking for a team player to join our award winning culinary team cooking healthy gourmet food. The PM Cook is responsible for daily preparation of dinner menu items, including cutting and portioning proteins, making soups, sauces, sides, garnishes, etc. from scratch. You will also be working the line cooking fresh seafood, steak, poultry, game and vegetarian entrees. Must be organized and motivated. Previous experience as a hot line cook (sauté, broiler, expo, etc.) in a fast-paced high-end environment required. Assist other Culinary department members. Complete any special assignments from Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef. Demonstrate proficiency in Red Mountain Gold Star Standards. Other duties may be assigned. Shifts are 2pm-10pm and will include some weekends and holidays. Days may vary. Benefits include use of Red Mountain Resort gym facilities, pool, significant discounts and much more.
