2 Shifts Available: Approximately 15-30 hours per week including weekends.
Hourly rate of $10.00 plus leasing commissions.
Responsibilities:
-Provide professional, friendly customer service while helping customers understand their storage needs and finding them the best solutions.
-Assist customers in person and on the phone in renting storage units, understanding and completing a lease agreement, and buying moving supply merchandise.
-Ensure the property is clean, safe and ready to welcome customers by sweeping out units, removing debris, wiping windows, etc.
-Perform daily walk-throughs to inspect available inventory and security.
-Conduct regular welcome, collection and account inquiry calls to keep customer accounts current.
Qualifications:
-Successful candidates come from a variety of customer-centered, selling environments including retail, restaurant, hospitality and more. All have common knowledge, skills and abilities which include:
-Minimum one year of Customer Service and/or Sales experience
-Energetic, outgoing, customer oriented personality
-Strong communication and problem resolution skills
-Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
-Demonstrated computer knowledge to include navigating through Windows operating system, data input, accessing intranet management sites and printing.
-Accuracy in entering data, account notations and balancing daily transactions
-Valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation used during the work day
-Ability and willingness to perform light cleaning and maintenance such as sweeping, mopping, wiping windows, etc.
