Work at the funnest place in town! We are seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team.ÂYou will be responsible forÂhelpingÂcustomers by providing exceptional service, assisting with specific needs, and making sure our customers have a great shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
Show up happy and energetic
Engage with every customer
Create dialog and connection
Provide information for customers to make decisions
Assist customers in furniture and home decor selections including sofas
Develop and maintain a knowledgeÂbase of the evolving productsÂ
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer skills
Ability to Stand for a full shift
Openings:
1 Part Time opening: 3-4 days week, flexible schedule, but must be available either mornings or evenings
1 Part time opening:ÂSaturdays & Sundays
