The Inside Sales Supervisorbuilds, trains and motivates a long-lasting team of sales reps that creates and converts highly retainable revenue.

Takes complete ownership over and possesses a deep understanding of the metrics associated with the team’s performance, as well as a constant drive to drill deeper to further understand and influence the outcomes of the team’s sales opportunities

Establishes relationships with Sales reps on their team that engender positivity and an increased desire to increase their spheres of influence at Edge
Transmits vision of the Manager and Director of Inside Sales to frontline employees in accordance with vision of the Chief Sales Officer
Quick to accept and act on directional changes, including the ability to obtain the same responses and acceptance from their team
Provides insight into situations according to their position’s vantage point as required or requested
Assists in the training processes of both new and current reps
Spends time on the phone selling alongside Sales Reps as a part of ongoing mentorship efforts
Can perform the roles of those they supervise exceptionally
Feels and expresses a high level of gratitude for their own situation and helps others feel the same
Committed to putting on high quality, highly retainable accounts
Committed to creating the best experience for customers in the early stages of their relationship with Edge
Willing to attend additional training and courses (paid for by the Company) to increase proficiency in areas applicable to job performance, e.g., Microsoft Excel instructional course
Qualifications
Minimum of 1-year leadership experience in sales
Passionate about sales and helping others improve their own sales skills
Sales experience and strong sales skill set
Proficient in use of and application of additional technologies (e.g. Office/Google Suite)
Consistency in demeanor
Reliable and adaptable
Seeks to lead, not to manage
Takes high levels of ownership in reaching goals and in continued growth and retention of team
