We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join our voice/contact center engineering team and help develop, support, and continuously improve cloud-based IVR applications. The Developer will work with project teams, third-party suppliers, internal IT teams, and business partners to develop, support, and improve voice contact center systems. The role requires a strong understanding of IVR platforms, solid troubleshooting skills, and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.In this role, you will develop and maintain cloud-based, stateful IVR applications aligned with business and technical requirements.
