As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will be an important part of a team who are really the face of OneMain Auto! You will often be the first person the public has contact when calling us. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Customer Service agents who are responsible for all Customer Service calls, assisting with account information, insurance claims, payment deferments and credit reporting issues.Pay: base + bonus potentialSchedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pmJob Duties:
Take incoming calls
Works with difficult customers and manages escalated calls the Customer Service agent is not able to resolve
Assists lower level Customer Service agents on how to improve their Customer Service skills by providing tips and techniques for deescalating calls
Maintains adequate staffing levels on Customer Service team through scheduling and shift coverage
Conducts monthly trainings to improve team performance and development
Prepares performance reports to provide to Customer Service agents and Supervisor on a weekly and monthly basis
Other duties as assigned by Customer Relations Supervisor
Qualifications:
Customer service experience
High School Diploma or GED required
Must be detailed oriented and quality focused
Must have strong phone skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be self-motivated
Able to meet objectives within deadlines
