Job DescriptionJob DescriptionCome learn the trade of the Signs IndustryResponsibilities :Helping Install electrical signs-channel letters, monuments, pylons, electronic message centers (EMC's), architectural signage. Low and High Voltage.Help Service signs- troubleshooting electrical signs, changing ballast, power supplies, transformers. Replacing neon, LED's, acrylic, and flex facesEtc.Helping Install vinyl- Removal of old vinyl, storefront, pylon, and monument installations.Helping Install non-electrical signs- Dimensional stud mounted letters, flat panels, bannersEtc.Requirements :Self-motivation and ability to work independently with multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work a flexible schedule (primarily day shifts but will occasionally need to perform installations after-hours.Mechanically inclinedLight carpentry skills and knowledge of power and hand toolsGeneral knowledge of the construction fieldAble to lift / carry heavy objectsComfortable working on ladders, lifts, and scaffoldingA valid drivers license and clean driving recordAttention to detail, and an eye for consistencyAbility to effectively communicate with clients when necessaryDependable, professional, and solution orientedA positive, can-do attitudeExperience in the signage industry isn't necessary but is a plusOperating a one man bucket truckSchedule :8 hour shiftOvertimeEducation :High school or equivalent (Preferred)License / CertificationDriver's License (Required)
