This is the heartbeat of our organization and your time will be spent in a supportive, team environment with resources to help you flourish and leaders who care about your success.A laboratory position responsible for performing waived- to moderate-complexity testing as defined by CLIA regulations and laboratory policy in an accurate and timely manner. Works under the direct supervision of a Medical Laboratory Scientist, Medical Laboratory Technician, or Laboratory Leadership. May perform phlebotomy and clinical and/or pathology specimen management duties as required. Additional responsibilities include delivering specimens and/or supplies in a timely manner with the proper carrying container and at the proper temperatures.Qualifications:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

High School Diploma/G.E.D required

Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Previous clinical laboratory experience preferred

MLA (ASCP) or Phlebotomy certification, such as PBT(ASCP) or equivalent certification preferred

Valid Driver's License required
