If you’re ready to start learning, growing and making an impact with a career in fintech, we’d like to know: Are you FIS?About the roleConsult with clients on nondiscrimination testing methodology and analyze data provided to ensure complete and accurate annual test results. What you will be doingUnderstand and apply concepts of ERISA nondiscrimination testing, to include 402(g) Elective Deferral Limit, 415(c) Annual Additions, 401 (k) ADP, 401(m) ACP, 410(b) Coverage, 416 Top Heavy, and 414(s) Compensation testing.Clearly and proactively articulate testing related information, deadlines, and expectations with clients.Accurately research and interpret individually designed and prototype plan documents to correctly apply plan provisions for testing.Gather and analyze plan data for reasonableness, completeness, and accuracy before performing testing.Implement critical thinking skills to generate accurate testing reports using Excel and Relius Administration systems.Apply testing and regulatory knowledge to help educate internal and external clients about the testing process and testing outcomes, as well as presenting alternative testing or correction methods as appropriate.Perform all duties in adherence with industry, organizational and regulatory standards.Maintain individual book of business throughout the year, while balancing competing priorities with strict internal and regulatory deadlines.Other related duties assigned as needed.What you bringRecent 2-4 years of experience in the nondiscrimination testing space.Ability to clearly understand and apply concepts of ERISA nondiscrimination testing including 402(g) Elective Deferral Limit, 415(c) Annual Additions, 401 (k) ADP, 401(m) ACP and 410(b) Coverage testing.Ability to clearly understand and apply concepts of 416 Top Heavy and 414(s) Compensation testing.Deep understanding of U.S. retirement plans requirements.Experience reading and understanding legal documents relating to employee benefits plans.Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.Working knowledge of Relius Administration system.Strong level of organization, attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent client service skills used to build high levels of satisfaction for internal and external clients.Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.Advanced written and verbal communication skills.What we offer youAs part of FIS, we expect you to bring your best every day. The pay range for this full-time position is $80,960.00 - $131,960.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
