The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial painting and an eye for detail, ensuring that all interior and exterior surfaces of the property reflect the highest standards. Experience with specialty painting techniques is highly desirable. This role requires a reliable, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in their craft and enjoys contributing to a collaborative team environment.ResponsibilitiesPerform interior and exterior painting across guest cottages, common areas, and facilitiesPrepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and primingApply specialty finishes (faux, textured, or decorative techniques) when requiredAssist with minor flooring projects (installation, repair, refinishing)Maintain tools, supplies, and workspaces in an organized and safe mannerWork with the maintenance team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and with minimal disruption to guestsFollow all safety standards and property guidelines
