Working closely with our pastry leadership and broader culinary team, you’ll help create desserts, pastries, breads, and thoughtful touches across our dining experiences, special events, and seasonal offerings.Whether you are building your pastry career or bringing several years of experience, we are looking for someone who is curious, dependable, detail-oriented, and excited to continue developing their craft.What You’ll DoPrepare pastries, desserts, breads, baked goods, and pastry components with a focus on quality, consistency, flavor, and presentation.Support the development and execution of seasonal menus, new desserts, and special preparations.Assist with finishing, plating, and presentation for dining service, private experiences, and special events.Maintain a clean, organized, and well-prepared workstation throughout each shift.Follow food safety, sanitation, labeling, storage, and handling standards.Work closely with the pastry, culinary, and service teams to ensure smooth and timely execution.Help monitor product usage, waste, and inventory while supporting thoughtful kitchen operations.Assist with receiving, storage, rotation, and organization of pastry ingredients and supplies.Contribute ideas, ask questions, and continue building your technical pastry skills alongside an experienced culinary team.
