The Day to Day:

Act as a liaison between both new and existing clients and our sales consultants in store by scheduling “no-wait” appointments

Inform and educate clients regarding available promotions on their Verizon account

Identify clients’ needs, clarify information and provide potential solutions when possible

Follow communication “scripts” when speaking directly to clients

Help build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile

Utilize multiple CRM platforms

Perform other duties as assigned

Keep customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior

Compensation and Benefits:

Up to $15/hr + sales commissions and bonus

50% commission on every invoiced sale (uncapped)

Monthly bonus based on outbound call volume

$1500 Sign on bonus
