Our company operates with a fairly flat organizational structure, with owners and managers working side-by-side on most jobs with fellow employees. Required Skills & Experience:
Management of personnel & scheduling
Computer competency
Flexibility in hours (stores are open 8am - 6pm M-F and 9am - 1pm Sat)
Clean driving record & own transportation
Capable of multi-tasking
Ability to handle client issues and complaints with equanimity
Helpful Skills & Experience
Sewing basics (helpful, not required)
Appreciation of vintage & current fashion
Comfort in driving a larger vehicle like a cargo van
Demonstrated competency in teaching/training/giving instructions
