Locally owned business to business company is seeking candidates for the position of Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for customers reaching our company. You will assist them via telephone, email and in person at our office.
You will be responsible for entering orders into our management software (training provided). Duties will also include, but will not be limited to: custom job quoting, customer correspondence during the order process, and vendor relations.

Requirements:
Comfortable working with others and alone.
Previous experience in Customer Service.
Enjoy working with customers and developing relationships.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Excellent Math Skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
Professional Appearance and Attitude.
