INDIGO salon is hiring a FT front desk representative!
Indigo is a FUN and BUSY downtown Burlington salon, and we are looking to add onto our fabulous front desk team.
The hours and days that we are hiring for are: Tues.-Fri. 11-7 & Saturday shifts
If you have a strong work ethic, like to work in a fast paced environment, are interested in working in the beauty industry, AND have a knack for CUSTOMER SERVICE...this job may be for you!
We are looking for applicants who are highly organized and who have excellent communication skills (both on the phone and in person), previous knowledge in a salon/spa software system is a plus but we will train the right candidate.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Checking in guests and making sure special requests are noted and fulfilled.
2. Provide exceptional customer service with smile.
3. Thoroughly complete all guest transactions.
4. Interact with salon staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information.
7. Maintain own cash drawer.
8. Communicate all pertinent information to the Front Office Managers and Supervisors.
9. Follow set procedures on posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds.
