About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and creative individual who:

- Can work both independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
This role will involve participation in all phases of design and documentation, from conceptual design through construction administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine design concepts for a wide range of residential architectural projects.
- Produce high-quality drawings, models, and presentations.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Participate in design reviews and team meetings.
Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
- 2+ years of relevant architectural experience (preferred, but flexible depending on talent and fit).
- Strong design, technical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD. SketchUp is a plus).
- Ability to problem-solve creatively and work independently.
