Simpson Cabinetry is a small highly custom cabinetry company with a tight knit team of craftsmen and designers. We specialize in high end residential cabinetry for all rooms. Our clients range from homeowners to architects and designers around the United States. We work with most of the major contractors in Vermont to provide high end custom cabinetry with top notch customer service. We are growing and looking to expand our already talented design team

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural drawings and designs using CAD software such as CabinetVision, SketchUp, Chief Architect
- Collaborate with homeowners, architects and designers to develop accurate and precise drawings
- Prepare and modify drawings, schematics, and layouts based on project requirements
- Review and revise drawings to incorporate design changes or modifications
- Maintain organized documentation of all drawings and design files
Qualifications:
- Ideal candidate has experience in CabinetVision software; not required - we will train
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Sketchup, Chief Architect)
- Strong drafting skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of architectural and interior design principles
- Excellent communication skills - will be interacting directly with clients
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ideal candidate has experience in CabinetVision software; not required but preferred
- Experience in the architectural or construction industry; cabinet building experience preferred
- Background in interior design or related field
