Work closely with various sections of the department to handle issues with paternity cases that are identified upon arrival in the lab and later upon review. This position works in the "problem sheet" area which is essential to case problem resolution and meeting turnaround time by resolving any issue completely and in a timely fashion. This position will also be involved in training paternity collectors as they are acquired across the country. Also training, and performing training of accounts, on our web-based IdentiLink case inquiry system, IdentiLink.
Skill Requirements: Ability to relate professionally with people, analytical abilities, able to speak with correct grammar, coordinate training opportunities, motivate others, organizational skills, research information, time management skills, writing skills desired.RequirementsLicense/Certification/Education: Normally high school diploma preferred with 3-5 years of related experience.
Interact with accounts to retrieve information necessary to answer problem sheets.
Make collector retraining calls.
Monitor and answer problem sheets as well as find the root cause and resolve so further problem sheets will not be created.
Enter and maintain information in the Account Master database concerning collector information.
Interact with all appropriate departmental personnel as necessary to resolve case issues.
