Burlington Stores, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer committed to workplace diversity.Duties & Responsibilities: Manage benefit system functions, compliance, and analytics of benefit programs including leave management and PTO. Lead research, design, and modification of HRIS (Workday) maintenance and administration of benefit plans. Oversee preparation of reports and applications required by law to be filed with federal and state and other regulatory agencies. Use analytics to identify trends and monitor cost and performance of benefit plans, continuously recommending improvements based on data. Collaborate with internal and external partners to interpret laws and ordinances pertaining to benefits and time off, make necessary changes in policies and procedures and ensure all benefit and compliance requirements are met on time and within budget. Manage data integrations. Provide modeling and costing of plan related changes. Maintain understanding of benefit trends, including regulatory and best practice changes, educate team members on changing guidelines.Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree required CEBS certification and/or SHRM certification is a plus 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, compliance, and reporting in a large corporation 2+ years of experience managing a team Demonstrated experience managing employee benefit plans in compliance with federal, state, and local requirements Working knowledge of HRIS report writing and system utilization and configuration.
