OverviewPart-time Flex and F/T positions available –(Flex-minimum of 20-37.5 hours per week, Full-time 37.5 hours per week; starting at$24.32 - $25.54/hr. (D.O.E) with COMPETITIVE BENEFITS INCLUDING:

Provides telehealth and in person support to Children and Families. Positions can include some remote work following the successful completion of the 90-day introductory period.

Position Description:

THis is a professional position providing intensive, community-based therapeutic services to children, youth and families with serious mental health needs. You will utilize evidenced based tools to increase safety, stabilize placement and support individuals/families in meeting their identified needs by identifying a team of natural and formal supports. You will provide direct services to identified CMH clients focused on crisis planning, care planning and stabilization. For internal candidates/union positions only:Compensation is set by agreed to language in the Collective Bargaining Agreement between CCSNW & SEIU 1199NW and determined based on experience.

ResponsibilitiesMAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Universal Job Skills Welcome, Engagement and Assessment Individualized Service Planning Facilitate Service Planning Implementing Services Work with Clinical team to implement the plan from beginning to successful outcome Transitioning Services to Natural and Other Community Supports Access to and protection of PHI (Full job description available upon request.) Qualifications

BA degree in social sciences, psychology, mental health or related field.

1-year direct experience with youth and/or families in a structured professional setting.

Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.

Must provide proof of acceptable driving record (Driver’s Abstract-Full Record).

Ability and willingness to obtain WA State Agency Affiliate Counselor Certification.

Demonstrates the necessary attitudes, knowledge and skills to deliver culturally competent services and work effectively in multi-cultural situations.

Criminal History Background Checks are required prior to employment.

PREFERRED:

Two years or more experience in children’s mental health.
