Create and maintain scalable, reliable, consistent and repeatable systems.
Perform monthly Windows updates.
Expand, manage and maintain our IT secured office.
Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Provide technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Set up accounts for new users and existing users
Repair and replace equipment as necessary
Deploy software on users desktops
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
Minimum of one year in an IT Support or related role.
Proficiency in supporting both Windows and MAC desktops as well as a variety of mobile devices, printers etc.
Proficiency in installing and administering Windows server (and Linux preferred).
IT Support experience and knowledge with:
Windows/Linux environment
Cloud technologies GCP/Azure/AWS
Office 365
DNS
DHCP
WSUS
Encryption
Monitoring tools
VPN
Active directory
Servers and network security
Office Network management
Backups
Automated procedures
VOIP phone system
SQL Server
