DescriptionWe have partnered with local non-profit in need of a Payroll Administrator to manage the payroll process as well as assist with additional accounting needs.The job responsibilities of the Payroll Administrator will be:Process payroll utilizing Paylocity payroll system; prepare journal entries for payroll expense and month end accrualMaintain and reconcile balance sheet accountsResponsible for processing Client Billing – generating computer and manual invoicesPrepare electronic deposits and post client payments by recording cash, checks and credit card transactionsReview general ledger account activity to ensure account balance accuracyEnsure real time accuracy of internal cash tracking documentAssist with budget preparationAssist with internal and external audits including preparation of audit schedules and analysesDocument policies, procedures and workflow for assigned areas of responsibilityIf you are interested in joining a mission-focused non-profit organization and have the skills required to be successful as a Payroll Administrator please send your resume to Leah.Hall@accountemps.com as well as give us a call to learn more!RequirementsThe ideal qualifications needed to be successful in the Payroll Administrator role are:

Paylocity or similar Payroll System ideal

General Ledger experience

Ability to take on more accounting duties outside of payroll

Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Must be available to process payroll during holiday weeks
