Applicants are encouraged to include in their cover letter information about how they will further this goal.Posting SummaryAssist with the day-to-day implementation of research studies on the aging brain in the Dumas lab in the Department of Psychiatry. Schedule participants, obtain subject consents, and perform neurocognitive and psychological tests, assist with food preparation, and coordinate sample collection and analysis. Maintain database using RedCap and a variety of other platforms for testing and data management. Assist with the program budget, maintain files and records, use discretion regarding sensitive information, and maintain confidentiality within the framework of the University guidelines. Compensate study subjects and purchase study-related equipment and supplies. Report to the Project Manager and receives some functional supervision from Principal Investigator.Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or closely related discipline and one to three years’ related experience required. Ability to provide own transportation for occasional travel required to distribute flyers and incentive program initiatives.Desirable QualificationsPrior research experience and experience with clinical populations desirable.Other InformationWillingness to work early in the morning and occasional weekends and holidays.4 month probationary period is required.Special Conditions
