RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client, a well-established and growing technology firm in Burlington, VT is in search of a motivated and experienced Tier III IT Support Engineer.
Summary:
In this role, you will assist customers in resolving complex technical problems via telephone and remote support tools. You will work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment and display solid technical competency, instinctive business acumen, and a strong understanding of how to support our customer needs using a variety of technologies.
REQUIREMENTS:
Tier III IT support skills
Expertise in Windows Desktop Support
Knowledge of Window Server Operating Systems
Experience with Office 365 Management and Support
Knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting
Knowledge of Virtualization (preferred)
Knowledge of cloud technology such as AWS or Azure (preferred)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
