Homestyle Hostel, located in downtown Ludlow, VT, just one mile from Okemo Mountain Resort is seeking an experienced chef to join our team. This person will be working alongside our head chef and sous chef in an open kitchen in a positive work environment with great hours. Our small restaurant is open Thursday through Sunday nights and serves between 80-140 people for dinner each night. All of our plates are shared and leave the kitchen as they're ready. We have a fast-paced environment and a tightknit team that works well together. This is a full-time position with overtime hours as desired. We have been featured in the Wall Street Journal multiple times amongst many other publications and hope to find someone who is excited to grow with us.
