Peter Christians Tavern, a full-service restaurant and Inn located in beautiful New London, NH
is seeking a talented and experienced Chef. We are a high-volume tavern where you will have
the opportunity to help produce our existing menu, while preparing new menu elements for a
very receptive local audience. There is significant potential for career and income growth. This
is a place you can call home, among lakes and mountains, and a short drive to Boston and the
Seacoast.
You MUST be a leader with an effective communication style. A person with a high emotional
IQ with the ability to adapt, overcome, and help solve kitchen related problems.
Compensation commensurate with experience and talent. Relocation and housing assistance
negotiable based on the strength of your candidacy. Paid vacation, time-off, and performance
