Folino's Pizza is on the hunt for outgoing and hard working leaders to join our team as Shift Leaders. There are openings at all locations for Shift Leader roles. We are a growing small business with a a fun, team-oriented crew that creates from scratch, Vermont artisan pizza. We were just named Best Pizza by 7Days for the third year in a row!
The right candidates with have some restaurant experience and management experience would be preferred. Pizza experience is not required as we will train the right person on our product. This role demands a proactive leader who can ensure smooth operations, maintain high product standards, and help maintain a positive team environment.
Along with opening and closing procedures (depending on the shift) responsibilities include customer relations, oversight of the pizza line, quality assurance with all products going out, and keeping the team on track in maintaining consistency and efficiency. This is a full time position and we do require at least one weekend shift (Friday, Saturday or Sunday).
We have a solid system that keeps our product moving quickly while maintaining high quality. You will be trained on all our front and back of the house systems along with our management expectations before stepping into the leadership role. We want to make sure the right person fits well with our solid team.
We run a very fair pay structure that provides a livable wage.
