Job Overview:
We are seeking a Front End Associate and a back end cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities for FOH:
- Greet customers and assist them with their shopping needs
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions with precision
- Maintain a clean and organized front-end area
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards in the front-end area
- Handle food items with care and follow proper handling procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to fulfill customer orders promptly
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Proficiency in retail math for handling transactions accurately
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Familiarity with cash registers and experience in cash handling for FOH
- Ability to upsell products to enhance sales opportunities for FOH
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
